Fast - but much louder than our Pari Vios machine, but it does make treatments go a bit faster. The filter replacements are also expensive and hard to get. Exactly as described. Works perfectly. We bought it as our kids frequently get cough and colds and it helps them. We bought the kids masks for easier use. It is not as loud as the 20 year old Pari nebulizer my friend was lending us (from Germany). Would definitely recommend to anybody.
