AirTouch F20 Full Face Mask

Good Morning & Merry Christmas - Love the comfort of the masks & appreciate the sale price although I did see the head gear & mask at cheaper price a few days after I received the order. Would you please have the receipt emailed to me again as I don’t have a printer, I requested a copy with order which did not come. I will email to my daughter to print as I need for income tax under medical supplies. Thanks again, Allan Guest, Medicine Hat, AB.

There are two versions of this mask - the standard and one for Her. I accidentally ordered the one for her. I sent an email to customer service of the error and they wrote back "no problem they can take care of that"

Well - they sent the "Her" and its too small. I took it out of the packaging to see if it would fit. Opened packages can not be returned. I tried calling 8 times and not one answers the phone or messages or call backs.

I then got emails saying you ordered the "her" and totally ignored that the email that said they would send the regular mask.

Lousy customer service and no consideration for what they promise to the customer -- Buyer beware. I ordered another unit from a competitor and it came cheaper, faster and the right product!

Felt comfy, but after two nights, my nose was raw and had pus squeezing out of the pores where it touched. We are going back to the moon, but can’t make a good CPAP mask.

The product itself is good, however it said 8 to 10 business days when I ordered the item. It took much longer than that. I emailed saying it was urgent that I receive the product fast and due to the long wait the person I bought it for ended up in the hospital because of the carbon dioxide buildup. I am a bit disappointed.
