I have had an issue with the kangaroo Gastronomy Feeding tubes that I purchased. I have had two that failed due to the bolster not being able to hold in place. I am very disappointed in the purchase. I cannot trust that the others are the same. What is the process if you wish to have them returned and I know that you say there is no returns but in this case with two failing I think I should be able to get a refund for my purchase.
