TracCollar is available in 2 sizes. Measure your neck circumference in the middle:

• Small/Medium (Red): 14" to 16", neck cushion height 4.5"
• Medium/Large (Blue) 15" to 18", neck cushion height 5.25"

If you fall between sizes, choose the large TracCollar size.
