CASo far it’s very nice.
I bought this for my mother for Xmas. So far she loves it but there are a couple of issues. When it arrived there was some assembly required. The Allen keys included did not fit the nuts (too big), the brake adjustment would not release the wheel on one side and the safety lock under the seat is very stiff to unlock when pulling on the seat strap. Luckily my husband was able to remedy 2 of the 3 issues. Hopefully the more she uses it, the safety lock will become easier to release. Delivery was quick and the customer service was excellent. Will buy from this seller again.
