Incorrect product

Flexi-trak was ordered. After no correspondence from Capital I sent an email for expected delivery date. No date was sent but I did receive a "Your order will be shipped soon." Shortly after that I received an email saying that the Flexi-traks had shipped. When I opened the package a completely different item was in the box. I emailed Capital stating what had happened and they said they were out of Flexi-trak and they shipped me this different brand and manufacturer in its place. It took me two emails to get a return product slip from Capital. Needless to say but I'll not be using Capital for any of my daughters ostomy supplies in the future.
