These work pretty good. They are a bit thin though and may tear in the front causing leaks.I would recommend wearing plastic pants over them for that reason.
My 97 year old Mother has been using these briefs for an extended period of time. Mom is paralyzed on her right side, as these briefs are stretchy it makes changing her much easier. The briefs do not cut into the legs. I would have given top ratings but hesitated reason being occasionally a tab will rip, making the brief unusable. I have tried different brands always coming back to these.
