Can I physically see one of the scooters?

We are an online retailer, we do not have a showroom for the scooters that we have listed.

What if I order a scooter and don’t like it?

We do our best to make sure that information is available for you to be able to make an informed buying decision about which scooter will work best for you.  Once purchased, all items from our store are final sales.  We have representatives available to answer any questions you may have regarding the scooter models.

What if it arrives with a defect?

If the scooter arrives damaged, please follow up with us within 7 days of its arrival.  We will follow up with the shipping company and manufacturer to arrange repair or replacement.  Photos may be required to determine appropriate resolutions.

What is the warranty for the scooters?

Each manufacturer offers warranties for their scooters.  This warranty information can be available on each scooter listing or on the manufacturers website.

If needed, where can I go to get my scooter repaired?

All of the brands that we sell have authorized dealers all across Canada.  Any authorized dealer will be able to handle warranty or standard repairs for your scooter.
